From the board view, there will be a drop-down to show how many issues from a column. When it comes to accessing Epic tickets from the board, the user would need to click on the "Epic Link" field and then search for a way to access the Epics from the board.

It would be beneficial if this can be re-vamps as a hyperlink so that customer can access the Epics real quick.
