Display all issues in the backlog view automatically

      As a user, the option to automatically expand all issues on the backlog view so as to avoid repeatedly seeking the 'Show all issues' option each time this page is loaded. 

      Instead of switch to backlog, CTRL-F to find a ticket number now it's switch to backlog, scroll down a bit, click link, CTRL-F.
