Problem Definition

When the user creates a rule to assign the issue for someone in the first board status, the issue not get assigned.

Steps to reproduce

1. Access the next-gen project;
2. Click on the board;
3. In the top right click on the three dots (...];
4. Manage rules;
5. Ad rule;
6. Select "Assign an issue to someone";
7. In the box "For issues moving to" select the first status;
8. In the box "Assign to" select the user that should be assigned.

Workaround

Create a new collum as the first position and establish the rule to the second collum.
