Problem
Sometimes stakeholders don't need full access to Jira projects/roadmaps, they only need read-only access to follow the progress of the companies projects. They end up consuming a license in Jira to have this ability.
Why is it important?
Jira admins would like to share project progresses among stakeholders/customers without having to pay for another user license, since they will not have to interact with the tickets/projects.
Suggested resolution
Allow users with read-only accounts that have their access limited for cuple functions determinated by the instance administrator.
