When Quick Filters spans two lines, the Issue Detail menu (available via the ellipse icon in the right panel) that includes functions like Move and Delete appears to be hidden.  

Collapsing the Quick Filter listing enables viewing the menu when clicking the ellipse.

It would be nice if the menu could appear regardless of the number of quick filters displayed.
