When creating an issue on a board with filtered options, the issues created on it should inherit that settings

When creating an issue from within a board that has a component on its filter, that issue should inherit that component. For example:

• Filter of the board:

  project = PROJ and component = "Component X"

  When creating the issue, it should inherit the "Component X" as its component.
