Create issues under epics on different projects on New Issue View

      On the old issue view, if you click on + button to create an issue under an epic, Jira will display the create issue pop-up where you can choose a different project for this issue.

      On the New issue view, this functionality is not present:

      This functionality should be present on the New Issue View too.
