      Problem Statement

      could not re-order some epics at the top of the roadmap

      Steps to replicate

      1. Create a Next Gen Board and create multiple Epics within the Roadmap view
      2. Create a Software classic board and add the Next Gen issues to this board
      3. Assign the Next Gen Epic Issue to a sprint from the Classic Board
      4. Attempt to re-order the Epic with Sprints From the Next Gen project - Roadmap view

      Expected Result

      Able to re-order Epics

      Actual Result

      Epics with Sprint sticks to the top
