Ability to archive projects in Jira Cloud

    Description

      As a user, I would like to be able to archive projects that are completed and signed off without losing the project detail. 

      It would be fine to be able to collapse the list of projects into an 'Archive' or 'Inactive' list, in the same way as workflows are done now.

      The current list of projects is too long an cumbersome to manage.
