As a Jira user, when clicking on links in the comments or descriptions of a ticket, it would be great if the link opened in a new browser tab.  This would allow a user to reference the original ticket in one tab and the opened up link/page in another tab.

+Use Case:
+When viewing bugs and steps to recreate a bug, once the link is opened in the same tab, a user needs to use the browser back button to navigate back and forth between the ticket (which contains the steps to recreate the bug) and the link/page of the application or website that the link directs to.
