Freshdesk tickets to a sprint, not backlog

I want to fill the sprint and story point estimate directly on Freshdesk, the Freshdesk support says that this function on Atlassian Jira Plus app it is not implemented.

One way that i could bypass this is create custom fields and link them to the original fields, there is a way to do that?

Another thing to do is send all the issues created from Freshdesk the current sprint or a default sprint, but all of them go to backlog.

Somebody could help me with that or even implement this functions?
