Unable to move issue from Backlog to Board section for Next-gen project

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have a Next-gen project
2. Enable "Backlog" feature (disable Sprint feature)
3. Go to Backlog and attempt to move an issue from Backlog to Board

Expected Results

Issue is moved to Board section.

Actual Results

Issue isn't moved to Board section and hit the following error:

Something’s gone wrong. Refresh the page and try again.

Notes

• It only affects Next-gen board with Sprints feature disabled.
