Fisheye "Create review for all commits" link is missing on the commit tab in the new issue view.

Environment

• Jira Software Cloud

Steps to Reproduce

1. Connect Jira and Fisheye via Application Link
2. Create a Commit and link it to Jira using the Issue Key
3. Click on the Commit link on the development panel to open the commit tab

Expected Results

The "Create review for all commits" link is visible in the Commit tab

Actual Results

The "Create review for all commits" link is missing

Workaround

Click the "See the old view" option above on the right side, to change the display to the old view. You can also disable the Lab option to use only the old issue view by doing the following:

1. Click on your Avatar on the Left Sidebar > Personal Settings
2. Scroll down to Jira Labs
3. Toggle the button off
