Issue Summary

Gitlab mentioned on links are not working in the new Jira issue view.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Setup an integration with Gitlab according to Gitlab's doc
2. Specify a Jira issue on a Gitlab commit
3. Switch the old view of the referenced Jira issue and notice that the mentioned on link is created by the integration
4. Switch to the new Jira issue view.

Expected Results

The mentioned on links should be shown on the new Jira issue view.

Actual Results

The mentioned on links should is not shown on the new Jira issue view.

Workaround

Switch the old issue view of Jira.
