Development panel is missing when using the new issue view

Environment

Jira Software Cloud + Github integration

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open an issue that has commits using the new issue view
   1. Just a few issues are impacted

Expected Results

Development panel is displayed on both issue views.
 

Actual Results

Commits, branchs and pull requests are missing on issues when using the new issue view.

Notes

Workaround

Disable the new issue view while the bug fix is not released:

• Click on profile picture
• Choose Project settings
• Disable the New Jira issue view
