When somebody changes Jira description field, there is no easy way to find out. It is difficult / not feasible to inspect by clicking "All" link under "Activity" each time. Instead, if anything changed in description, then a small text saying when it was update last would be idle and helpful.

Otherwise, developers would not know description changed and keep working on with original text. When it comes to testing, these updates may be surprise to all parties.
