Description

It's uncomfortable to have former users avatar showing up on the user's avatar list on the board. This feature would be necessary since some former employees may have been let go from the company, and current employees get uncomfortable seeing their pictures.

Behavior

Even though the user is excluded on the board's filter as an assignee, they will show up if they are assigned to a sub-task, for example.

Workaround

Assign the issue to another user.
