Issues: Status Issue pop up does not have an option to attached screenshot

      I observed that Status Issue pop up does not have an option to attached screenshot.

      Steps:

      1. Created issue type "Bug".
      2. Update status from Resolved to Reopened.
      3. Result: It displayed Reopen Issue popup.
      4. Observation: Pop up did not have an option to attached screenshot.
