Stories have sub-task label and can't be ranked on Kanban boards when moved from next-gen

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create an Epic and a Story on a Next-gen board
2. Add the Story to the Epic
3. Move the Story to a Classic project with Kanban board
4. Open the Kanban board and the Story will be missing displayed as sub-task
5. Try ranking the story and nothing will happen

Expected Results

Story is considered a standard issue

Actual Results

The board handles the Story as a sub-task
