Allow to use the Create Linked Issue to be used in Jira Software projects

      Summary

      As a customer, when adding Jira Service Desk issues in Software projects, I would like to be able to use the Create Linked Issues directly from the board.

      Expected Results

      Pop-up the window to create a linked issue.

      Actual Results

      Nothing happens and the page just refreshes.
