On a next-gen project we only have 3 roles available - member, viewer, administrator, with pre-defined permissions. 

We like everyone to be able to manage watchers so we would like to be able to modify the member role permissions, but this is not possible.

Please add the ability to modify the permissions of the default roles and/or create custom roles for next-gen projects.
