When entering a description or comment, the text often gets into some paragraph mode that adds extra spaces and it is impossible to change.  The "Style" options often do not work and certainly do not apply as expected.  We often use a copy/paste to enter technical steps to reproduce an issue.  We always have to use a "paste as plain text" in order to be able to control how it looks.    This is a critical but very weak part of your system.
