Issue Summary

When an issue is flagged you could see the value of Flagged field is updated to "Impediment" in the issue history. However, in software board the issue is not highlighted.

Steps to Reproduce

In Kanban/Scrum board, right click on an issue and select Add flag

Expected Results

A flag label is added to the issue/card and the issue is highlighted:

Actual Results

There's no flag label in the issue/card and the flagged issue appears the same as non-flagged issues.

Workaround

This issue is caused when the Flagged field is set as "Hidden" in the field configuration being used by project. But the Flagged is a system field and is Locked, it can't be configured in field configuration through JIRA UI.
