Quick filters for Backlog view on iOS app

      Summary

      Currently on the Jira mobile app for iOS devices, Quick filters are not available in the Backlog view of Software Boards.

      Proposed solution

      Include the option to toggle Quick filters in the Backlog view as it is in the Active sprint view for more filtering efficiency.
