Issue Summary

branches getting deleted as part of the normal PR flow they are still shown in the summary

Steps to Reproduce

1. Sync the BitBucket with Jira
2. Create a branch in BitBucket to a Jira issue
3. Wait for it to sync in Jira
4. Have the branch deleted
5. The dev console will show that there are branches
6. The dev panel will show a message that there are branches but you don't have permission to see it.

Expected Results

Having a branch deleted should update the dev console and dev panel to not display ghosts (deleted) branches.

Actual Results

The dev panel and console still shows the deleted but displays a message that the user doesn't have permission to see them

There is no workaround
