Issue Summary

"+Create" button is missing from Kanban board, but it is shown in screenshot when creating new Kanban project.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a classic project
2. Click on "Change template":
   
3. Click on "What's in this?" under Kanban template:
   
4. Screenshot of Kanban board shows "+Create" button:
   
5. Click on "Select" to create a new Kanban project

Expected Results

Kanban board has "+Create" button as shown in screenshot.

Actual Results

Kanban board does not have "+Create" button:
