As a user, I want the selected assignee on the Backlog to be kept during a page refresh or when opening the URL in a different tab like it happens in the Kanban Board/Active Sprint.
Actual Results
The assignee information won't be kept if you refresh the backlog page, being necessary to reselect the assignee.
Expected Results
Keep the assignee information when refreshing the backlog page.
