Branches and pull requests are missing on development panel

Environment

Jira Software + Github integration

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a commit and a pull request on Github and add a issue key on them
2. Access the issue and only the commit will be displayed

Expected Results

Branches and pull requests with issue references should be displayed on the development panel.

Actual Results

Only commits are displayed

Workaround

1. Remove the Github organization https://<your site>.atlassian.net/plugins/servlet/ac/com.github.integration.production/github-post-install-page
2. On https://github.com/settings/installations, click on Configure (next to Jira) and then on Uninstall
3. On https://github.com/settings/apps/authorizations, click on Revoke (next to Jira)
4. Go to https://<your site>.atlassian.net/plugins/servlet/ac/com.github.integration.production/github-post-install-page and add the integration
