Unable to start sprint in Japanese UI

Steps to Reproduce

1. Set the UI language to Japanese
2. Access a backlog
3. Select End Date from the date picker
4. Click "Start(開始)"

Expected Results

The sprint will start

Actual Results

An error is showing saying an invalid format is entered.
Checking the network console, POST rest/greenhopper/1.0/sprint/<N>/start is returning 400 error

Workaround

• Change the UI to English
• Seeing the screenshot above, "AM" was entered automatically by the date picker. Changing this to "午前" manually to align with the Start Date will work.
