As a user, there are cases where I need to structure user input as grids or tables (e.g. when creating a timeline during a postmortem or when working with tabular results data),

and I would expect that I could create a custom field of type "grid" or "table" which could be used to structure that data for consistency when working with my users.

This would help me eliminate data entry or formatting errors.

This would help me consume the data entered programmatically with fewer errors for analysis of my postmortem tickets or other similar data sets with fewer staff.
