Ability to view Epics on the Board in team-managed projects (without using grouping)

      Problem Definition

      Epics won't be displayed on a Team-managed (formerly "Next-Gen") project's board without grouping. 

      Suggested Solution

      Add an option to display Epics as cards on the Board.

      Workaround

      Use Group By: Epic
