Summary

When editing the Description in new Issue View, "new line" are lost.

Steps to Reproduce

1. On new issue view, open an issue
2. Edit the "Description" field

Expected Results

Same formatting is showing as viewing the issue

Actual Results

Everything is showing as 1 line.

Notes

• Viewing the issue is working fine, the formatting is a mess when editing. Not affecting old issue view
• Old issue view is working fine

Use old issue view:
