Issue Summary

When a user adds the original time estimate to an issue, the time estimate does not get added to the time remaining.

Environment

Jira cloud

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new issue in the new Jira issue view
2. Add original time estimate

Expected Results

The original time estimate is added to the Remaining time

Actual Results

The original time estimate does not get added to the time remaining

Workaround

1. Manually add the time estimate to the remaining time
2. Switch to the old issue view and add the original estimate
