We would like to submit a feature request for an enhancement to the Slack x Jira integration. We are interested in being able to use Slack as a way to communicate with people about updates to Jira tickets, such as new comments. Here is what we would like as a part of that:
- The ability to receive these updates as direct messages rather than in a channel. Our email addresses are the same across both systems, so that could be a parameter to match on.
- The ability for the end-user to then respond to the comment from Slack and have it push back to the Jira ticket
