[JSWCLOUD-17458] Flags are disappearing in new next-gen projects

Seems like the issue persist only on 'Stories', while in 'Tasks' and 'Bugs' the Flag field is working correctly (both in showing it in the UI, and the ability to filter by it).

Can anyone in the Atlasisan team look at it?

Not only it disapper from the board, but also, when trying to filter those issues in a JQL filter, you don't get them in the results.

            This is very annoying.

Still happening for us, too, but only on one of our boards (not on a newly created one). I'm not Jira admin and not allowed to create support tickets, so please handle that via this comment   https://kartenmacherei.atlassian.net/jira/software/projects/CELPHO/boards/134/backlog

Turns out that even after our previous fix was applied, some customers can still experience flags disappearing. If your Jira is affected by this issue, please raise a support ticket at https://support.atlassian.com/ and mention this bug ticket.

This issue is not resolved. We're still experiencing it.
