Add issues to the Scrum board directly with the next-gen project

      Currently, with the Next-gen project for kanban, the issues can be added directly to the kanban board using the "+" symbol from the board itself . Please refer the below screen recording.

      Currently, this is available only for the kanban boards. Customer want this functionality for the Scrum project as well
