Environment

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the next-gen project
2. Go to project settings

Expected Results

Features and issue types options are listed on left side menu

Actual Results

Only details and people options are displayed

Notes

Impacted projects are hybrid, they were created with Agility (before next-gen) .

Workaround

Create a new project and move the issues from the impacted project to the new one
