Problem definition

Currently, the team-managed (formerly next-gen) custom fields can be used only in the projects where they are created, it is not possible to reuse the fields in other projects.

In can demand a big effort to create the same custom fields in many different team-managed (formerly next-gen) projects

Impact

It can take some time in order to create the same custom fields in many different projects. Having the team-managed (formerly next-gen) custom fields shared among projects would save time and would allow users to keep the projects alike in configuration.
