Thank you for watching, voting, and commenting on this issue.
Being able to resize columns or have the columns auto-resized to fit the screen in Team-managed projects (TMP) is something we are still gathering interest on. Although to be transparent and to set expectations we don't believe this will materialize in the next year or so. We are currently working on Parallel Sprints and Required Fields in TMP, and subsequently will be bringing some of the TMP experience improvements to Company-managed projects.
We do believe this is something we will need to provide a solution for in the future, but it is a question of when is the right time.
Please continue to vote and in particular please continue to add comments on the value you will get from this feature. This information is invaluable for us when evaluating all of the suggestions.

Problem Definition
At this moment, it is not possible to resize the width of the columns of team-managed (formerly next-gen) projects.
Suggested Solution
Add the ability for users o resize the width of the columns of team-managed (formerly next-gen) projects.
Why this is important
This feature would greatly improve the user experience.
Workaround
Users can still collapse the left sidebar using the [ key to add more space.
