Summary

Currently there is a known issue where board loading slows down due to specific board configurations.

Symtoms of Problem

If you are able to replicate slow loading of JIRA Software boards locally, do check the configurations of the board to see if there have the following configurations :

• Days field in the board status column.
• Numerous card color configuration.
• Multiple swimlanes

Try removing these configurations to see if the loading speeds up after its removal. If board loading time improves, then it is probably due to this bug.

Workaround

• Removal of the day field from the board columns.
• Remove card colors.
• Remove swimlanes.
