JIRA Portfolio Themes Roadmap - Consolidating Information

Dear all,

We've been testing Jira Portfolio Plug In and as IT Governance I would like to track the progress of all the themes linked to the stories.

The themes are related to our strategic organizational goals.

Considering the above situation, I'd like to check if:

1) in Jira Portfolio I am able to pre-register standard themes to be used by all dev teams to link with their several projects'stories;

2) If IT Governance is able to track all the themes by selecting all the current projects together in a plan in order to analyse the themes progress via Theme Report.
