Summary

When Kanban board is filtered by an assignee, board's refresh due to an issue update loads all the issues for awhile and then it gets filtered again by the assignee.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have Classic Kanban board with some issues and assign some of it to any user
2. Select any user from Assignee Filter
3. Access a board's issues in a another tab/window and transition the issue
4. Access the Classic Kanban board (click on refresh if The board has been updated: Refresh appears)

Expected Result

Board gets refreshed while respecting the assignee filter

Actual Result

Board refreshes quickly and for awhile all the issues appears, and then it gets filtered by the selected assignee.

Note

The duration of time when all issues are visible after refreshing board depends on page load, slower the board loads (e.g due to amount of issues) longer all the issues appears before they get filtered.

This is an annoying behaviour when you're performing an action in the board, for example you might select a wrong issue!
