      Summary

      Some specific users are experiencing slowness while loading a board. It does not affect all users in the instance, typically only affecting users that does not have Jira administration permission.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. We have yet to find the step to reproduce the bug.

      Expected Results

      • Users without Jira administration permission should be able to load the board quickly.

      Actual Results

      • Users without Jira administration permission is loading the board slowly.

      Workaround

      • Stop using custom Card Color(based on JQL queries).
      • Remove any "Sprint" clause in the board's filter.
