Card Colors show nothing if there is missing field value in board's filter and Queries option selected

Summary

When board's filter contains a field and one of its value deleted, the Card Color won't show anything in all issues within a board.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a custom field, name it fruits (ie Checkboxes type)
2. Add some values in it (Apple, Banana, Orange)
3. Create a new filter

   • project = ABC AND fruits in (Apple, Banana, Orange) ORDER BY Rank ASC 

4. Create a new board using the above filter
5. Change the Card Color setting to Queries
6. Use any JQL (ie Component = Blue, issuetype=Story) > Add
   • The Card Colors should show up now
7. Go to custom field configuration and delete one of the values of Fruits

Expected Results

Card colors appears based on the JQL set

Actual Results

Card colors shows nothing and no proper error being shown.

Workaround

• Edit the board's filter and remove the deleted custom field value from the JQL
