Development panel not updated with data from Bitbucket

Fix:

Perform a re-integration for the DVCS account:

1. Click on the tripple-dot menu
2. Select to delete the account
3. Confirm to delete the account
4. Click on "Link Bitbucket Cloud account"
5. Go through the installation process

From Bitbucket:

1. Select the account you want to integrate with Jira
2. Go to Settings > Find Integrations
3. Look for the Jira integration
4. Select Add and enter your Jira url
5. Go through the installation process

Once any of these is done, the Bitbucket Cloud account will be synchronized again and the information should be up to date in the development panel when viewing an issue in Jira.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Connect Jira with a Bitbucket cloud repository
2. Perform a commit in Bitbucket and put a Jira Issue Key in the commit message.

Expected Results

The commit should reflect in the development panel of the Jira issue.

Actual Results

The commit is not reflecting in Jira.
