Summary

The inline Issue creation function in the Backlog turns into a static button that no longer functions when cycling through Epics in the Epic panel.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Board (tested on SCRUM) and create multiple Epics
2. With the Epics panel expanded, cycle through the Epics by clicking on them

Expected Results

You can create an Issue in the Backlog with the inline issue creation.

Actual Results

You get a "+ Create Issue" button which has no function
The below exception is thrown in the Dev console:

Click on another Epic
