Summary

When using the new features available on Agility project, we are unable to change the issue type.
The option to change the issue type is not available.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create an Agility Project
2. On Settings, enable more issue types
3. On Settings activate the new features (Backlog and Sprints)
4. Go back to the board and create an issue and try to change the issue type
5. The option to change the issue type is not available, even in the issue view.

Expected Results

The option to change issue type should be working like when not using the new features

Actual Results

The option to change the issue view is not clickable

Solution / Workaround

The workaround is to disable the new features.
