Summary

Right-click not working for the issue key (on stories based swimlane board) when filtering the assignee without including the current user.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to a board where the swimlane is based on stories.
   
2. Select a different user on the Assignee filter.
   
3. Try to right click the story issues key at the swimlane line.

Expected Results

The right click options should appear as it happens when issues where you're the assignee.

Actual Results

No option is displayed.

Solution / Workaround

Either use quick filters to filter by user or always include your user on the Assignee filter.
