Sub-tasks can be created under Epic

Summary

When creating a sub-task for an issue in Epic Issue view, the sub-task created will be the child of Epic instead of the issue.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create an epic, Epic A
2. Link Issue A to Epic A
3. From Epic A issue view, click on the action button(cog icon) for Issue A
   • 
4. Click Create sub-task
5. Once the sub-task is created, the sub-task is not created under Issue A, instead, it is directly under Epic A.

Expected Results

• The sub-task should be created under Issue A

Actual Results

• The sub-task is created under Epic A
