Ability to use Assignee quick filter side by side instead of drop down

      Problem Definition

      Currently a user have to click Assignee quick filter then select the desired assignee.

      Suggested Solutions

      Allow us to choose assignee by clicking their name on the filter listed side by the side, like in the image below.
